Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved to hear, read, and tell stories. And the story of energy is one of the most exciting and basic narratives in history. Ancient civilizations relied on humans, animals, and simple machines for building, transportation, agriculture, and all the human needs of their societies.
In today’s energy industry stories of innovation and progress abound. Companies, probably like yours, are spending countless hours getting more oil and gas from the ground. They’re also finding ways to harness new sources cleanly and efficiently. But with all that R&D they don’t have time to organize their stories to help people understand their benefits.
Or, while new procedures are great, the “new” may be in messaging, customers, or markets. Maybe you’ve discovered your system can work in an untapped market. Maybe you’re expanding geographically. Or maybe you just wish to had time to tell more people about what you’ve been doing right for years.
That’s where I can help.
I love to learn how things work—and since I’m not an engineer, I want to understand the concepts, the benefits, and the usefulness of your new process, software, or product, without necessarily the physics calculations behind them. Just like most decision-makers.
I’ll start by listening to your story. What issue are you solving? How did you get from “we need something that does this” to “This is an even better solution than we thought!” I’ll listen to understand how this benefits customers, how it’s different from what came before, and why people or companies must decide to buy in.
I love to take that kind of understanding and engage readers with why and how it matters to them.
White papers, blog posts, customer testimonials, magazine stories—you can count on me for all this and more.
